Bernice is an award-winning singer/songwriter and classically-trained guitarist. She studied music and audio production in college and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s in Music Business. She is originally from Sycamore, IL and now resides in the Nashville, TN area with her husband (who is the drummer on many of her tracks) and their almost two-year-old baby girl.
Her vast catalog of infectious melodies and intricate lyricism have led to award nominations, press, and airplay on numerous radio stations. She was recently awarded Female Songwriter of the Year (Bronze) at the 2023 ISSA Awards.
Bernice’s music has been likened to that of Avril Lavigne, Michelle Branch, Ingrid Michaelson, and other similar female artists.
