AWARD WINNING Country Music Singer Songwriter, Duane H Parker releases `I know` on Friday, April 25th through Virgin/Universal Music Group.

Duane H. Parker’s poignant new song I Know emerges from personal heartache, blending resilience and hope amidst betrayal. Drawing on his own painful experience, Parker offers a relatable message that encourages healing and perseverance for others facing similar trials.

AWARD WINNING BMI Country Music composer and Lyricist, Duane H Parker releases `I know`, a song about learning the infallible truth about one’s partner’s transgressions.

“tomorrow is another day,”

“I know” was created upon finding out about Duane H Parker`s partner’s transgressions with his best friend while he was out of town. His plan is to give others hope living through the same trials and tribulations and to let them know that tomorrow will be a better day.

Cheating is always a devastating conclusion. Upon the act of transgression, does one really look at the result of pain that is caused? Is that moment of passion and excitement worth the turmoil and ricochet effect that will result in the 5 stages of mourning, perhaps even leading to a lifetime of trauma?

This is how Duane H Parker felt upon learning the news that his longtime partner of 25 years was cheating with his best friend of 35 years while he was away for a brief moment from the homestead.

I was crushed when I found out that my woman of 25 yrs was unfaithful and even worse when I found out it was with my best friend of 35 yrs. I’m still messed up but I’m dealing with it with God’s help. I wanted them to know that I knew plus I wanted to give hope and strength to others that can relate. – Duane H Parker

Duane H Parker, who was born in Germany and from an Air Force family, found his way to the United States at the age of 2. He discovered his love of music at the early age of 5 after being applauded greatly at the Burton Fair. His father, who set up the representation, had him perform the famous rendition of `Kaw-Liga` originally performed by Hank Williams.

Parker`s heartfelt lyrics in his newest release `I know` brings `resilience and hope` to his listeners. Although the truth is hard to swallow, he says his trust in the Lord along with his own sense of perseverance brings greater happiness over the deception that could have caused him complete despair.

However, despite the heartache conveyed in the lyrics, there’s an underlying message of resilience and hope. – The Metal Podcast – July 18, 2024

Although he is revealing to his partner and best friend that he knows about their trist, Parker can only hope that others that are also going through this deception and pain, come out just as glorious as he. Yes, there was turmoil. Yes, it turned his life upside down. Yes, there were moments that felt like there was no tomorrow. Parker would not have it last long and found constructive ways in letting that past go and moving on from his pain. In this, was created `I know`.

“I know what you were doing when I was out of town.”

Parker, who has been working in the Music industry for over 40 years and has a unique way of wording a story, says that his writing style is different from most mainstream writers. His lyrics that guide the listeners into deep thoughts with a slew of hidden messages mixed with a traditional country Americana Bluegrass and Southern Rock Roots makes his music definitely stand out from the rest. He currently is the front man for The Honky Tonk Houndogs, who has Keith McWatters on Drums (James Segrest, Toledo Symphony Orchestra Manager and Percussionist) and Dale Cannon on Upright Bass. Parker mentions that Cannon is a musical phenomenon and is diverse in various styles of music.

Parker, who thanks his team at BigRecords.World as well as their CEO, Mark Rosner, wants to take his music to the top and is looking forward to his 3rd release with the hybrid label out of Vancouver. His next song release will be a Party Outlaw style that is expected out next May through Universal. He hopes his music is relatable to all by keeping it real and keeping in touch with our vulnerability. Emotions are not a bad thing. They are necessary to grow.

Parker is scheduled for the Veterans Honky Tonk tour in May 2025, whose mission is to raise money for veterans ending up in Illinois for Hope Stock.

I KNOW is currently available on all platforms as of Friday, April 25th, 2025 through the Big Records / UDMG label and proudly distributed through Virgin / Universal Music Group.
