The RAZ Band has spent more than four decades writing, recording, and 

performing with many of rock's most respected artists, forging enduring 

musical partnerships and building a legacy of acclaimed recordings, 

dynamic live performances, and worldwide critical recognition. 

At the heart of The RAZ Band is Michael Raz Rescigno and 

Jeff "Hutch" Hutchinson, whose musical partnership began in 

sixth grade in Madison Park, New ersey. 

That lifelong creative bond has evolved into an accomplished recording and 

touring band alongside longtime Los Angeles bassist Jim Manzo, whose 

musicianship continues to bring depth and energy to every performance.

A defining chapter in The RAZ Band's legacy has been its enduring musical 

partnership with Joey Molland of Badfinger, who became a full member of 

The RAZ Band. Joey performed live with the band, was featured on eight of 

the band's ten albums, co-wrote songs with Michael Raz, and produced 

several RAZ Band recordings. His musical partnership with 

Michael "Raz" Rescigno spanned more than four decades and 

became the longest musical partnership of Joey's storied career, 

something Joey and Michael often talked about over the years.

Equally important to the band's sound is legendary multi instrumentalist 

Joe Vitale, known for his work with Joe Walsh and 

Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, as well as many other acclaimed 

and award winning artists. Joe has appeared on the majority of 

The RAZ Band's albums, co-wrote songs with Michael Raz, and produced
