2unes North Woodall - Self defined “Gumbo” musical style. “I can’t be put into a box musically. I’m not one thing, but many things bringing people together from all sides of the music spectrum.”
Primarily a self-taught musician, it was at the age of eleven that North Woodall’s mother introduced him to the guitar which ignited a love affair with music. In his teens 2unes studied the playing styles of Ernie Isley, Santana, Joe Walsh along with other Jazz, R&B, Funk, Rock and Pop music genres. His exceptional proficiency with the guitar quickly established him with popular groups such as The Delvones & Round Trip Ticket.
2tunes currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia and has shared the stage with the
R&B “funk masters” Lakeside, The Ohio Players, Roger Troutman and Zapp,
Roy Aires, Millie Jackson, Tom Brown and Will Downing.
2unes is a consummate “Live” performer, he regularly sells out venues by providing
tight arrangements and banging guitar solos with great licks. 2unes has become a staple on the Atlanta music scene appearing in venues from the Ritz Carlton to Wind-Down Wednesdays at Centennial Park, bridging the generation gap with his unique music blend.
