Maritime  folk artist Maxine MacLennan has been lighting up stages since 

she was  twelve years old. Her music has carried her across Canada and 

the U.S.,  earning radio success and placing two of her videos in steady 

rotation  on CMT Canada. Her latest album, Pieces of Me, is a heartfelt 

collection of original songs that reflect her unmistakable voice and spirit. 

Maxine  is now gathering new material for her next recording. 

These songs are  rooted in her life—stories of family, friendship, love, loss, 

and the  deep pride she carries for her home province of Prince Edward Island.  

Her music is an extension of her generous nature. Over the years, she 

hasperformed countless benefit concerts and community fundraisers, 

always ready to help someone in need.

That same community later  stood by her when she survived a devastating 

head‑on collision. Their  support helped carry her through recovery, 

and Maxine returned to the  stage with even more gratitude, resilience, 

and heart. Today, she  continues to write and perform music that 

is honest, warm, and  unmistakably her own.
